All of our Tyndall Pedic mattresses are backed by a 25 Year Limited Warranty. That is 9,125 nights of guaranteed product performance. In order to provide the best service for our customers, we re-invented our Warranty so that it is simple, logical, and much more comprehensive than coverage you would receive anywhere else. Our products are built to a higher expectation, and we are confident that they will perform magnificently for the full 25 years!

Warranty Details

Tyndall Pedic Health Solutions offers a limited-time warranty that covers defects in the materials and build of the mattress. In the event you find something defective with your mattress, it will be repaired or replaced at the discrepancy of the factory (please note that the manufacturer can choose to deny service).

This policy is not in place of our “Peace of Mind Guarantee”, and does not cover replacement of the mattress for the following reasons: the mattress is too soft, the mattress is too firm, the mattress has minor body impressions (less than 1.5 inches on either side). Also, repair can be denied if: the mattress is unsanitary, soiled, stained, or if the defect has been caused by the owner.

In order to redeem your one-time warranty, you must be the original buyer, and you must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase along with the original law label. Finally, the mattress must be a product of Tyndall Furniture Galleries that was purchased at one of our locations.

Covered under warranty:

Mattress

Body indentions of 1.5 inches or greater

Sagging - Your mattress should be properly supported with a corresponding foundation and an appropriate frame. Queen and King size mattresses require frames with center support.

Foundation

Splits in the wood frame

Bent, loose or defective beams and/or center support rail

Loose or broken foundation wire

Compression of modules/ unstapling of modules

Items not covered

Stains, soiling or burns on mattress fabric

Border wires (these run along the perimeter of the mattress and foundation, and the warranty does not cover them if they are bent due to moving or bending of the sleep set)

Structural damage caused from improper bed frame

Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation

Clearance and floor models that are sold “as is”

Bed height

Comfort Preference (please refer to our “Peace of Mind Guarantee”)

Body indentations of less than 1.5 inches

Mattress handles

Damage caused by abuse or mistreatment of the mattress

Delivery Charges/Transportation fees

Products used for commercial use (i.e. hotels)

*Note: The use of a mattress with an inappropriate/non-matching foundation voids all terms of this warranty, and diminishes the flame-resistance of the overall sleep set.
