If you’re buying foam for the first time, your new mattress is going to feel a lot different than the mattress you have been sleeping on. Tyndall Material is designed to support and conform to your body, without adding pressure. We do suggest that you allow a 60 night waiting period for you to get properly acclimated to the new feel of your mattress. Likewise, if you are switching from a memory foam mattress to a Tyndall Pedic mattress, you will notice that Tyndall Foam allows you to sleep cooler, and it will not form an uncomfortable ditch.

Once you purchase your mattress, you should receive an informational packet concerning the warranty and care of your purchase. While this packet does not include mandatory tasks, we do suggest that you read through the packet in order to maintain the integrity of the warranty.

Pillows:

When selecting a new pillow, there are several different options, and one might be better suited for you than another. With our help, it’s easy to select what kind of pillow is right for you! All of our pillows are carefully constructed with hypoallergenic, down-alternative fibers, so that your pillow won’t harbor allergens. We do suggest that you allow a brief period of time for you to adjust to the feel of the pillow. Also, upon delivery, the pillow might have a faint scent, but not to worry! Your pillow isn’t defective; it’s just new. The smell will wear off with time.

Mattress Protectors and Pillow Protectors:

In addition to your hypoallergenic pillow and mattress, we suggest that each customer purchase a protective cover for his or her products. These covers protect your sleep surface from dust mites, stains, fluids, bacteria and allergens.
