Our “Peace of Mind Guarantee” means that in the event that you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress within the first 130 days from the original purchase, Tyndall Pedic will help you select another mattress. Since it may take several weeks for your body to adjust to your new mattress, we simply ask that you sleep on the mattress for at least 60 nights to ensure that your body has fully adjusted. However, if for some reason you are still not sleeping comfortably, Tyndall Pedic promises to issue a full refund, less delivery charges. There are no restocking or sanitation fees.

Requires the use of a Tyndall Pedic mattress protector. Refund excludes delivery and set up fees. Does not apply to adjustable foundations, furniture, accessories or clearance items. Void if mattress is torn. Federal law label must still be attached. Limit one mattress exchange per customer. If you choose to have your replacement mattress delivered, we will charge a convenience fee for delivery of the new mattress and pick up of the defective one. If a mattress of greater value is reselected, you must pay the difference. If a mattress of lesser value is reselected, the difference is non-refundable. Not valid in the state of Tennessee.
